Dr. Ihnatsenka received her M.D. from Grodno State Medical University, Belarus. Dr. Ihnatsenka grew up in Belarus, a small country in Eastern Europe that used to be part of the former USSR. She completed her medical training and practiced medicine in Belarus for several years. After moving to the United States, Dr. Ihnatsenka worked in Orlando with autistic children and adults with severe behavioral problems.
