Our Family Medicine facility is located off Highway 19. Take
Highway 26 West and it will dead-end at Hwy 19. Go north on Hwy 19
about 5 miles to Old Town. Before the red-light, to the right,
there is a Dollar General and a Jiffy Store. Our office is in the
rear of the parking lot. You will see our sign on the building.
