The family medicine residency program is located at this University of Florida facility. Resident physicians are supervised by University of Florida faculty. We offer you and your family the following services:

general medical care for all ages (pediatric to geriatric)
routine physicals
immunizations
office gynecology
obstetrics
colposcopy
sigmoidoscopy
minor surgery procedures
circumcision
dermatology
stress tests
x-rays

Family Medicine at Fourth Avenue offers general family health care provided by physicians from the University of Florida. Our current Medical staff consists of:
