Dr. Barkley is the Medical Director at the UF Student Health Care Center. Dr. Barkley received his M.D. from Southern Illinois University, served his residency in Internal Medicine at Michigan State University. Dr. Barkley served as Director of the McKinley Health Center at the University of Illinois before coming to UF. He is a member of the American College of Physician Executives.
